Meet the Team
Veterinarian / Owner
I was born in Oklahoma, but as an "Air Force brat", we moved around a lot when I was young. In 1984, I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, I worked in the banking industry for 10 years. One day, I decided I didn't want to be in this industry at 40 years old so I decided to pursue what I had always wanted to be - a Veterinarian. I went back to school and graduated from Oklahoma State School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. I practiced in Oklahoma for a couple of years but decided I wanted to own my own practice. In 2004, I moved to Arkansas and started Animal Clinic of Rogers. I currently (always looking to add more) have three dogs named Quincy, Sam and Mattie Ross. My mom also lives with me and she has a cat name Blackie. At the clinic we have three cats named Jerome Bettis, Geezer (aka Night Stalker) and our newest and craziest addition - Nibbles Marmalade. I enjoy being a veterinarian and meeting new people and their pet but also enjoy working in my yard, being outdoors and sometimes just doing nothing
Hi there, my name is Laura and I am the lead technician here at the clinic. I've been with the Animal Clinic of Rogers going on 7 years now, with combined experience in the veterinary field of 10 years. My husband and I have two dogs (Jack and Anna), and two cats (Tino and Kissy). My compassion for animals has been life long and continues to grow!
Hello! My name is Desiree. I have been working at the Animal Clinic of Rogers since April 2016. I love coming to work everyday and experiencing something new. Animals have always been a passion for me. My husband and I have 4 animals together. We have 2 cats (Captain Jack Sparrow and Elvis Presley), and 2 dogs (Willie Nelson and Meika). On my time off I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Hello I am Sam! I enjoy spending my weekends at the lake with family and friends. I have been in the Veternary world for 2 years and have currently been at Animal Clinic of Rogers for 3 months. My boyfriend and I have 4 dogs of our own: Marli, Mojo, Boomer, and Hadley. Working with animals has always been a passion for me.
Kennel Tehnician/ Veterinary Technician
Hi my name is Eddie. I really love working with animals all day. I have never had a job that i've truly enjoyed until I stated working here. It's true what they say, "If you love your job you'll never work a day in your life." Any how a little bit about myself. My fiance and I have a 2 year old son (Urijah) and a 2 month old daughter (Journee). We live in a nice little house in Bentonville with our cat and dog. My dogs name is Boss. He is a 6 year old red nose pitbull that i've had since he was 8 weeks old. He is a sweet guy that can say "I love you". I also have a cat named Casper who is a flame point siamese that I rescued. I found him hiding in a bush starving and cold, and he couldn't have been older that 4 weeks old. I took him in and nursed him back to good health. He is now a big healthy friendly family cat that loves sleeping on top of Boss's head. I guess all and all you can say I have a pretty good life. I love my Fiance, my kids, my animals, and my job! If you want your animals treated with lots of love, bring them to the Animal Clinic of Rogers.
Hello! I'm Steven. I'm the downstairs kennel guy. I enjoy working with animals because different breeds of dogs and cats come in, and they all have their own little unique personalities which we grow to love! I have 4 of my own little doggies: Fenix, Lorax, Toby, and my newest one, Junior! Outside of work, I am currently in college studying Criminal Justice. I like to spend my free time with friends, family, running, or eating pizza. Mhmmm, pizza.
Jerome "The Bus" Bettis, Geezer, and Nibbles Marmalade
Bettis came to us on 8/22/2006 from the Rogers Animal Shelter. He is loved by everyone except other cats.
Geezer is our short bus kitty that is super shy, but very sweet. We got him from the Haven of the Ozarks.
Nibbles Marmalade is our crazy kitten. She loves to nibble (hence the name) and can be sweet at times.
